Important Question:  What Happens if the division I am trying to register for is full?
This often happens quite quickly, so registering promptly is your best way of ensuring you do not miss out on the season. On December 1st each division will have the registration process closed.  If there are still spots on a team available in a particular division after this date we will continue to accept registrations until the teams are full.  Once the teams are full a wait list will be started and if a spot opens up you will be contacted.

The Calgary Minor Softball Association (“CMSA”) has decided to combine the U16 through U19 age groups with the goal of creating a better league with more teams and better competition for these age groups. Starting in 2017, U19 teams can be comprised of both U16 and U19 players. There will be up to three divisions available (from Premier to Division 2) depending on the relative strength of the team as assessed by the coaching staff. CMSA is planning to have the top tier U16-U19 division play with U19 rules and distances on Wednesdays. The lower tiered teams will follow U16 rules and distances, and play on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Required Equipment - Ball Glove, Navy Blue Ball Pants, Jill or Jock Protective Gear and a CSA approved Helmet with dual ear flaps, fastened  chin strap, and attached face mask. Proper running shoes (no crocs, clogs, bare feet or sandals are permitted). No metal cleats or spikes. No exposed jewelry.
