Registration Opens January 1st And Closes March 16th( Or At Capacity)

FMBA Tykes will follow Baseball Canada's Rally Cap Program. This is an initiative to enhance players' and coaches' first experience with the game. The program helps teams teach players the FUNdamentals of baseball in a fun and safe environment.

Cost: $125

Important Dates

Evaluations: No Evaluations For This Age Group

Season Start: May 3rd, 2025(Weather Depending). Season Ends: June 28th, 2025.

Days: Tykes will play once a week on Saturdays mornings at diamonds located at Percy Pegler or OJ schools in Okotoks.

1 hour practice / game play consisting of 20 minutes in the outfield developing skills, 20 minutes batting as a team, 20 minutes fielding as a team. Rotating with up to 2 other teams on the same field. Teams consist of 6-7 players per team.

Equipment Required:Glove, bat (shared) and proper footwear. FMBA shirts and a hat will be provided to all players.

Coaches Clinic: Big Al's Coaching Clinic To Be Provided To All Coach Volunteers Prior To Start Of Season, More Details Provided At A Later Date To The Coaches

Coaches Meeting: Online Via Microsoft Teams End Of April

Bucket pick-up (shirts/ balls/ hats): April 29th & 30th, 2025.
